Introduction
The Australian Carbon Society Student Conference offers a great chance for postgraduate, undergraduate and early-career researchers working on carbon materials to learn new knowledge from leading experts, showcase your research activities, and develop your career skills, get personalised feedbacks and socialise with fellow students and friends.
This year’s conference theme is “Diversity of Carbon Materials”, co-organised by ACS and Carbon Division of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute. The local host is The University of Sydney. The conference features (1) student oral and poster presentations, (2) tutorial talks by invited speakers, (3) career development sharing session with ARC DECRA and Future fellows, (4) publication discussion session with journal editors, (5) academic job interview discussion session with senior academic leaders, and (6) BBQ dinner interaction session. We are seeking presentations that explore this theme in interesting, insightful and creative ways. We are inviting you to consider the ways in which your research can make a difference both in the academic arena and beyond.
